Welcome to Lord of Life Lutheran Church!

Lord of Life Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Northern Texas Northern Louisiana Synod (NTNL) of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).

We welcome all to come and worship with us.  Holy Communion is offered each Sunday and all who believe in our Lord Jesus Christ are joyfully invited to gather with us at the Lord’s Table to receive this sacrament.

(Nursery available during Worship service for ages 5 and under.  Please advise an Usher if an attendant is needed.)

MEALS ON WHEELS

Lord of Life has joined Ellis County Meals on Wheels and will be delivering the Ovilla 1 route to Ovilla homebound residents starting Feb. 13.  If you are interested in helping, please let Lisa or Rayma know.  This is a very worthy cause and the families we are serving are so grateful!  This is truly the Lord's work.  Come join us, you can always ride along and help!  The rotating schedule is:

First Monday - Lisa Freeman

Second Monday - Rayma Nowlin

Third Monday - Al Walters

Fourth Monday - Vicki Taylor

Ya-Hoo for Christ!

Ya-Hoo for Christ, our youth ministry, will resume this fall.  he curriculum includes bible lesson, crafts, games and lots of fun.  Ages kindergarten and up are welcome.  Please join us!!
